- Britta is a Jamaican actuary and risk manager currently based in Hartford, Connecticut. Passionate about sharing knowledge, she lectured for several years at the University of the West Indies and now teaches Actuarial Science at the University of Connecticut. With decades of experience in consulting, regulation and education, Britta can approach actuarial problems from diverse perspectives to clarify actuarial concepts and communicate results to those who will use them. Britta received her degrees in mathematics from Imperial College London.
